WOMEN’S & CHILDREN’S CRISIS CENTRE

This Home is temporary shelter (up to three months). It is open to those all those Women and Children who are in a state of crisis due to domestic violence or divorce…and made homeless. It is also open to run-away Children made homeless due to abuse or other family issues. The Home is also open to those unmarried girls who are pregnant. They can stay at the Home until delivery or when other suitable arrangements are found.
The mission of WOMEN’S & CHILDREN’S CRISIS CENTRE is to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and their families.
Guiding us in our mission are our core values:
1) Focusing on the critical needs of children.
2) Celebrating the diversity of the programs.
3) Staying true to our heritage of responsible stewardship.
4) Operating with accountability and transparency.
To improve the lives of needy children and their families, by providing programs that can help strengthen families during difficult times.
We believe that when you change a child’s life, you change a family’s, which can change a community and ultimately, the world. And at WOMEN’S & CHILDREN’S CRISIS CENTRE, we want to be a part of that solution.
We extend our reach and impact by leveraging our years of experience and our strong relationships within the community. We continually work to improve and expand our core programs, constantly developing new services to address the unique needs of the communities we serve.
